What makes this event different? A message from our CEO…
When I first dreamt up the idea for this program, the number one question I got was; “why is this event different”? I love that question, because like you, it’s easy to get inundated with real estate conferences, seminars and trade shows. None of which appeal to me or many who we work with.
Our ideal 1parkplace member is not the type that frequents trade shows looking for the next squishy ball from the expo floor. They don’t even have time to attend regular office meetings at their company. They are the ones leading the charge and have to evaluate every minute of their time to ensure they are leveraging the HIGHEST VALUE TIME.
With that in mind, we wanted to embark upon a pure educational event. We designed this event to provide a specific strategy for Total Market Domination. We will not be distracted by vendors trying to push products or confusing tracks of information not relevant to our goal.
We realize that our industry is sorely missing out on this information and unlike ANY other event in our real estate industry, this is the ONLY event that we know of that is being delivered with a carefully choreographed educational process.
This event is concentrating on connecting the dots between mainstream media, Hyperlocal real estate marketing, social networking and traditional marketing methods to uncover the hidden opportunities that are close to home and ensuring that you lead the information crusade to elevate the value of the town you are targeting while dominating the transactions in your market.
At 1parkplace, for over 15 years we have been focused on real estate marketing first and those who know us will give us kudos for being pretty good at technology systems too. We have a unique position in that we are loaded with real life examples of successful stories of market domination from America’s leading brokers and agents.
This event is designed to bring it all together. And, what’s more fitting than a Domination Summit at a resort that Dominates all resorts in the world – According to USA Today.
We look forward to you joining us!
Sincerely,
