As the Chief Educator at WellcomeMat, Rudy enjoys educating our real estate partners, customers and industry on how to best use video strategically to make an impact in their community while growing their business.
As a co-founder of Sellsius real estate, alongside pioneer Joseph Ferrara, Rudy helped bring blogging and timely and controversial real estate issues to the forefront. He helped connect with hundreds of real estate professionals while filming a nationwide documentary, Blog Tour USA in the summer of 2007. The documentary which is slated to be published on it’s 5 year anniversary, will highlight how the industry from both a consumer point of view and from the agent, broker and startup community was 5 years ago in relation to today.
As the former Manager of New Media and Agent Education at Trulia.com, Rudy led Trulia’s video, podcast and other multimedia content creation as well as managing the Trulia blog and Trulia’s Social Media presence both online and offline. He contributed to new initiatives that built brand awareness while improving the consumer and agent experience. As a speaker at real estate conferences and classrooms around the nation, he enjoys educating agents on how to best utilize the newest and best web 2.0 tools and technologies
