John Lim is a consummate entrepreneur with a track record of success in the promotional, retail and technology sectors.

Mr. Lim’s entrance into a career in the mobile space began in 1997 when he established Global Tel Com, a mobile phone retailer for AT&T Wireless. His innate business acumen led Global Tel Com to rapid growth and, in only one year, boasted nationwide supplier contracts with Computer City and was recognized as one of the top 5 New York State retailers in sales volume for AT&T. What’s more, Mr. Lim gained important insight into grassroots customer behavior at the point-of-sale toward the mobile paradigm, which would later help shape his vision of the mobile future.

Shortly thereafter, Mr. Lim joined mobile phone retailer Eagle Express, with a presence in the promotional and print space. In less than three years, he guided Eagle Express to 350% growth in annual gross revenues and subsequently expanded Eagle Express into a successful printing and promotion company. His ability to combine products and services into business solutions helped drive this growth, and set the stage for the next phase of his career.

Established as a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Lim ventured out on his own and started On Site Marketing, Inc in 2003. Under Mr. Lim’s professional guidance and creative marketing expertise, OSM conceptualized and executed successful marketing initiatives to national companies including Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., the National Football League, Equinox Fitness, and Diageo, the world’s largest multinational beer, wine, and Spirits Company in the world.

Most notably, Mr. Lim and OSM spearheaded the release of the Bud Light Aluminum bottle to the NY Metro Market, which included an online sweepstakes making OSM the largest third party marketing company for Anheuser-Busch.

Seeking to leverage the power of the new mobile paradigm, Mr. Lim founded Mobile Card Cast in 2007, and created the mobile-based “Rate Your Pint” contest for Diageo’s Guinness brand beer. This contest allowed consumers to text in and instantly rate the quality of their pint of Guinness at any establishment from their mobile device and be entered into a sweepstakes for each entry submitted, while simultaneously building a database of customers for Guinness. The promotion was an overwhelming success, and was covered by the Mobile Marketing Association, featured in the Michael Becker book “Mobile Marketing for Dummies”, and served to solidify Mr. Lim’s position as a true visionary in the mobile space in the US and abroad.

To date, Mr. Lim still serves as President and CEO of Mobile Card Cast, Inc. As one of the premier mobile marketing and technology companies in the industry, Mobile Card Cast prides itself on developing and applying complex mobile technology into useful mobile campaigns and products for its clients. Mr. Lim is widely regarded as one of the leading mobile technology business experts.
