Fred Martin, a 25 year real estate veteran and associate VP of Century 21 Alpha and Mario Martin, 6 year veteran and Graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with in Business Administration and Marketing have been involved in real estate through numerous different real estate cycles. During this time they have always found a way to adapt and shift in order to succeed and thrive in whatever market has been presented to them. Five years ago, the Fred Martin Team was created as a part of Century 21 Alpha. This highly trained team of 5 Administrative assistants and 11 full time Buyer’s Agents specialize in REO sale and purchases, loss mitigation and Short Sales. This team was put in place in order to handle the massive REO cycle we are currently experiencing. The team consists of premarketing, property preservation, post marketing, escrow/transaction coordination, accounting/bill backs, and REO buyer specialists. In 2009 the team closed in excess of 120 transactions, 40 of those closings produced from the buyers team putting together successful reo and short sale transactions.
