David Collins

President and Founder of Real Estate Marketing, Inc.(REM)

David Collins is the Founder and President of Real Estate Marketing, Inc.(REM). He started the original REM in 1994 in Boca Raton, Florida. There, he successfully created Marketing Campaigns for more than 200 Agents including 8 of the top 10 Realtors in Palm Beach County. His Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns lead to more than 10 BILLION DOLLARS in residential sales for his clients! After 10 years, and more than a Million Dollars in annual revenue, David sold REM.

Having grown up in Southern California, he always dreamed of returning home and creating REM of California. In one of the most challenging Real Estate Markets in history,(2007),he did just that, and is now the successful Founder and President of REM on the west coast: Real Estate Marketing of California!

REM currently facilitates the Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns for more than 350 successful Agents, and the list of clients, reads like a Who's Who of Southern California Real Estate. There is no coincidence that REM facilitates the Direct Mail Marketing for the Prudential California's top Agents, Alan Shafran, and Gregg Neumann, as well as San Diego's fastest growing Real Estate company: Windermere Exclusive Properties, all three of which are also presenting at this Summit.
