Dan Conway was born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts and graduated from Boston College, with a B.A. in Communications. While at BC, Dan garnered All-East & All-American honors as a running back for the Eagles football team. Upon graduation, Dan accepted and signed a professional football contract with the National Football League Buffalo Bills. Unfortunately, a career ending eye injury shortened his NFL playing career, however he was able to recover and play again in the USFL for the Boston Breakers.

Upon retirement in 1983; Dan’s love for athletics led him to his second passion, Body Building Gyms. His first Gym was the Apollo Gym & Fitness Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Shortly thereafter, Apollo Gym became a Mecca for Body Building in South Florida. Due to this success, Dan successfully opened a franchise in the capital city of Port-of-Spain on the Islands of Trinidad-Tobago. Dan; sold both enterprises in 1990 and headed West for beautiful San Diego.

Dan embarked on career in education and coaching with the possibility of Real Estate looming in his future. Dan’s success in education extended to the athletic fields where his football teams won 7 League Championships in 9 years! Nevertheless, Dan steadfastly remained on-track with his love for Real Estate.

2004 saw a career change for Dan...Real Estate! Dan offers superior knowledge and expertise in residential Real Estate. Dan brings a profound energy & enthusiasm to his latest adventure. Dan has been quickly garnering accolades in the Real Estate Industry...in 2006 he was named to the Prudential Leading Edge Society, in 2007 he was named to the Prudential President's Circle, which placed him in the top 5% of Sales Professionals in the Prudential Real Estate network nationally and, he received The 2007 Gold Award for the Agent who exemplifies "Outstanding Professionalism" in Del Mar. 2008 was a banner year for Dan as exceeded all expectations and became a member of the elite Chairman's Circle, the Top 2% in the nation, and also the 2008 Spirit Award, presented to him by his "Del Mar peers"! Dan was named Salesperson of the Month for December 2007, February 2009, August 2009 & November 2009. Prudential presented Dan with the 2009 Chairman's Circle, Platinum Award, the Top 1% Nationally and also the 2009 Spirit Award, presented to him by his "Del Mar peers"! Finally, San Diego Magazine selected Dan as the Best in Customer Satisfaction, 2010!

Dan and his lovely wife Pattie enjoy entertaining & vacationing in Temecula Wine Country, Mission Bay and Boston College Football games in the Fall (Go EAGLES!). They have three children; Thad, Taylor and Danny III and they reside in beautiful Sabre Springs.
