Adrese Roundtree

Adrese Roundtree brings with him twenty-three years of MLS industry experience. He was a founding member of the SoCalMLS management team, personally selected by Bergeron in 1993. Roundtree has been Director of Operations since August of 2005 where he has been responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of SoCalMLS, serving as technical advisor to the 7 Associations/Boards of Realtors that make up SoCalMLS, and assisting in the development and maintenance of CARETS.

Adrese also manages the data distribution to over 100 3rd party vendors. Adrese is deeply involved in the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) process which is a N.A.R. sponsored initiative to standardize property listing data across the country. He is a member of RESO Outreach & Education and RESO Research & Development committees also sponsored by N.A.R. An MLS lifer, Roundtree joined RTS Bolts/PRC out of college in 1988.
