About Robert Smith

Robert Smith was born and raised in Santa Barbara County, California. He has been involved in post-foreclosure real estate since 1988.   Robert is very hands on when it comes to REOs and is willing to roll up his sleeves and go to work. He is not afraid to approach a big burly biker gang to negotiate cash for keys, crawl through doggie doors or open windows to get interior photos so his BPO’s won’t be late when the locksmith doesn’t show up. REO is not for the faint of heart broker driving a BMW and afraid to scratch his gold cuff links. Robert knows this and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Robert currently practices in Orange County, California. Robert is an NRBA Master Broker for California and Hawaii and also speaks about real estate topics at various conferences nationwide. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California and has also been a police officer since 1992. Robert’s hobbies include aviation, traveling, and local politics.
