About Erica Liodice
Erica is a creative, cutting edge and technology driven marketing expert. Through her leadership and support, Real Living Lifestyles Real Estate (formerly Windermere Exclusive Properties) became one of the most progressive real estate brokerages in the country.
In her new position at Samuel Scott Financial Group, she is quickly developing a suite of marketing tools and advertising opportunities that create distinct value added benefits for their Mortgage Advisors, real estate partners and clients.
Some of Erica’s accomplishments include: launching several media production companies; creating a nationally recognized real estate blog for agents and the community; hosting a weekly radio show about San Diego real estate; writing the Rockstar’s Guide to RE Marketing and speaking at industry events; video hosting the national Real Living convention; and building an interactive intranet to streamline company communication and organize resources in a cloud based solution.
Driven by a passion for the industry and the desire to be a leader in new media strategies, Erica is known for her enthusiasm and ability to excite people about marketing.
